What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 48-hour approval period from the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can contact us for a return authorization, provided the instrument is in its original, mint condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our left-handed guitars globally. Shipping costs and import duties vary by country and will be calculated during the checkout process.
Are the photos on the website of the actual guitar I will receive?
